In the example below, CW1 will auto-close the 5 days after the job open date, and prevent re-opening the job after 10 days after the job open date unless the posting user has the permission to reopen jobs past the reopen period. See permissions section at the bottom.
When the invoice falls outside the 10 days, it will get stuck in the Transactions Pending Allocation queue with this error:
This will only work when posting an invoice manually in CW1. If the invoice is posted via the eAdapter and ATP trigger, it’ll reopen the jobs. See permissions section at the bottom.
Reopen Jobs – only works when posting a transmission manually in CW1.
Allow Reopen Jobs Past Allowed Reopen Period – works whether posting invoices manually in CW1 or via the eAdapter + ATP trigger.
You might need to check then uncheck the box for the setting to change.
