Office365
- Go to portal.office.com and log on
- Click on “Admin”.
- In left pane, click “Exchange”. You might need to click “Show all” to see it.
- In Exchange Admin Center, click on “Mail Flow”.
- Ensure you are on the “Rules” tab, click the “+” then create a new rule called “BravoTran Process Forwarding”.
- Once in the rule, select “*Apply this rule if” and apply it to all relevant email messages.
- Select the relevant recipient email address where you are receiving the invoices today.
- In the next section, select “Add Recipient” and BCC the message to the email address BravoTran gives you.
- Click “Save” to save the rule.
- To modify the rule once created, simply highlight the rule, then click the pencil.
Anti-Spam Policy
If only internal emails are showing up in BravoTran, the anti-spam policy might need to change:

Log in to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam

After successful logon, click “Anti-spam outbound policy (Default)”:

Then click “Edit Protection Settings”

Change the forwarding rule from “Automatic – System-controlled” to “On – forwarding is enabled”

Click Save to save the updated rule.
